Leaving a day early as it was so awful

Awful room with no facilities like a prison cell in a corridor . Dirty and in terrible condition. I¿m shocked you advertise this hotel unless we were given the worst room possible? I have taken many photos of how bad it is.

Madami kayo mga training staff naka upo lang sa hallway teach them how mag monitor sa mga rooms like sakin 3 days stay ako wala manlamg kumatok for follow up cleaning as in. Tapos yung tissue na ne Request ko gamit na. Room ko barado yung zink.

As soon as I came in the room there were many cockroaches in the room and bathroom

The location was very convenient. It was very near a mall (where we had to buy a few supplies) and the multicabs and tricycles are everywhere around that area so it was easy to go from place to place from there. The room is what you would expect for the price. And as long as I don't feel like I'm suffocating and the room doesn't have cockroaches I am all good.

The elevators don't work, which is kind of a bummer when your room is on the 4th floor. I mean we kind of liked that our room was on the fourth floor since we do like the exercise, but this can be an issue if you are carrying multiple bags. They do have staff on standby though to take your bags up.I also don't like that I wasn't able to rebook my booking even when I was already at the hotel talking to the receptionist. I mean I do get I have to rebook it through booking dot com and that's what I did but they did not reply to my request right until the end and I even told them I was going to rebook.

Near the city but not clean then it’s 2 times g check in never give me a free break past they reason is I booked online i don’t understand why

Enough comfort and quality for the price. We were greeted by the staff and we got all the twin rooms we booked. Bed was comfortable. There’s a simple hygiene kit and clean towels. Our only issue was that the flush was not so strong. Need to flush a couple of times for it to work properly.

Drapes didn’t keep light out. Bathroom dated.

I like how the room,bathroom,the bed,pillow blanket are cleaned well.??

The towel are small,and if you can put 2pair of sleepers for the room,that would be good.?

Friendly and helpful staff

They charged my room twice and havent reacted yet, it was due to a double booking, where i didnt arrive due to a missed flight. I was assured i wpuldnt get charged, so i made a new reservation

Room 507: The hotel staff was nice and friendly.The location is good, close to shops and restaurants.Breakfast being served in the room.

Room 507: The dim lights are not strong enough.The spring mattress is way too soft.The toilet flush is weak.

Nothing at all looking nothing like the pictures and it smelled terrible

Rooms filled with black mold spreading from ac walls and ceiling and cigarettes smell everywhere I reached out to bookinga support within 30 min of my check-in to ask for refund and check out and booking has ignored me ever since no refund has been made poor no replys on chat I had to call in and pay 50 usd in phone bills and still got ignored by booking support team

The place is accessible, clean and affordable

Very clean everyone’s are very friendly and helpful location are perfect. It’s all close to everything and transport specially where I have to attend. Highly recommended.

Location

We booked a TWIN room (2 twin beds) and they gave us a DOUBLE (1 queen bed) instead. They refused to accommodate us, even though our reservation included a TWIN room. We showed them the confirmation, but they didn't care. They did not honor their commitment. And shame on Booking.com for not having ANY means of contacting customer support. No phone line, no email, no virtual assistant. Nothing!

Accessibility

The front desk staff when I checked in was not accommodating. He was actually rude and doesn’t know how to talk to the guest with respect. The place was also old and untidy.

Close to eating & shopping!

Thought from the map that it was closer to the Transportation Terminal and Robinson North!

Good value for money, location is great, clean.

Sometimes, smell of the bathroom is foul. Clogged sink.

Staffs were friendly

The building itself need renovations. When I open the curtain the window is dirty. The bathroom did not have hooks or stand to put clothings. And no curtain hence the whole bathroom is wet when taking a shower. Wifi hardly work.

Very close to shops, bars and restaurants… and friendly staff.
